Daily life








All humans must eat in order to develop and maintain a healthy body, but we have different needs of humans such as infants, children (children), adolescents, young adults, adults and the elderly, children every four hours should feed until they gradually begin to absorb age and more solid foods. After all, they develop a more common way to eat three times a day like toddlers, however, as most parents know, children, teenagers and young people often eat breakfast between meals. Snacks are often not limited to these age groups because adults and older people often do the same.
